Remote desktop is an efficient method of support that allows Freedur staff to connect directly onto your computer to investigate issues and make changes. Once you disconnect we will no longer have access to your computer and you may disconnect at anytime by closing the window.
When connecting for the first time, you will be prompted to install JAVA if it isn’t already installed on your computer.
